What is the P2B Referral Partner Program?
PSB is a collaborative model designed for individuals who can connect us with students interested in studying abroad.
You focus on what you already have: your network, student community, college connections, and your ability to introduce students at the right time.
We will focus on what we do best: professional counselling, university applications, documentation, visa guidance and pre-departure support.

Many referral programs sound great until the process becomes a bit too messy – there is no tracking, unclear payouts leave you with your head scratching, of frankly, unrealistic expectations.
Our P2B programs are practical and transparent. If your referral successfully enrolls, you earn 60-70% of the commission share we receive from partner universities/colleges *subject to the institution’s policy and partner terms*.

How our P2B program works:
- You reach out to Abroad Adviser: If you have student access and want to collaborate, contact us to join the P2B program.
- You refer students interested in applying abroad: You connect us with students who are genuinely exploring their study abroad options.
- We manage the complete counselling and processing: Our team supports the student through counselling, course and destination guidance, documentation, applications, offer process and visa guidance, including pre-departure support.
- Student Enrolls and the institution processes partner commission: Once the student’s enrollment is confirmed and the institution releases the partner commission as per their timeline, your eligible share is calculated.
- You receive your share: Payout timings depend on institutional processes and partner terms, but the system is built around clear tracking and accountability.
If you’re discouraged by the fact that you have no prior counselling experience, worry not, because we’ll train you. If you’re worrying or hesitating for not knowing how counselling works, that’s completely okay.
If you’re willing to refer students but you don’t have experience in counselling or collaboration, we provide training related to abroad study pathways and how to work professionally within the referral model. The goal is not to turn you into a counsellor – it is to help you communicate the basics clearly, set proper expectations and refer students in a way that leads to real outcomes.
